Is There A Alternate To Treat PKD Instead Of Kidney Transplant And Dialysis?

hello doctor,my father s name is laxman age 49. 3 years ago he diagnosed with POLY CYSTIC KIDNEY Disease and creatinine value is fluctuating between 5 and 7.5 taking tablets like minipress xl 5mg, nodosis and rencap. maintaining strict diet please suggest long term solution to this other than kidney transplant and dialysis. our current consultant is Dr. Ravi Andrews DNB nephrologist Apollo hospital Hyderabad. please help.

If the kidney function is impaired, dialysis or transplantation is required. Diet can not cure the disease. However food substances that will harm the kidneys must be avoided. Nothing much to worry and your treatment is in the right track.
