Is There A Possibility Of Pregnancy With Symptoms Such As Fatigue,lack Of Sleep And Loss Of Appetite?

Hi, I am really not sure rather I am pregnant or not. I took a pregnancy test, but it tested negative. I have been having symptoms, such as: fatigue, lack of sleep, loss of appetite, and I feel nausea. When brushing my teeth, I have to throw up each time, but nothing, but saliva (im guessing) comes up.. I want to know could there be another reason for why I feel this way??
