Is There A Way To Clean The System After Quitting Smoking?
I am 29 weeks pregnant and i quit smoking yesterday cold turkey. Before my pregnancy i was a heavy smoker and couldn t see myself quitting even after i found out i was pregnant is there any way that i can get it out of my system and my child system before my due date in april?
You need not worry about this ma'am. Within 72 hours from quitting smoking the lungs improve their overall respiratory function by around 50 %, and thus improve delivery of oxygen and expel all the toxins from the body within 2-3 weeks time. The body does everything for you, so stay relaxed and drink as much fluids as possible for a few days.
Hope this helps.
Best wishes.
