Is There Any Indian Diet To Improve Follicule Growth With History Of Having PCOD?

hi Dr. I have PCOD issue. i got married and now try to get pregnancy. My dr. gave siphene 100mg 1/day from 2 day to 6th day of my last period. Menogan 75uints for 3days. from day 7 to 9. Then did a folicule study on 10th day and one follicule size 9mm all the others are less than that. and endo is 5.8. so menogan 75 units for 10th to 12th day.. is there any change for follicule growth upto 18mm and endo 8 on 14th day scan. is there any specific indian food habits to improve follicule growth..

1) There is no specific diet chart.

2) Eat less calorie. Avoid sugar and oil.

3) Excercise, jog at least 5 km per day.     

4) Discuss ovarian drilling option with your doctor for PCOD
