Is There Any Alternative For Bacterium Causing Sickness In The Stomach?
Had an abcess drained on the back of my leg where it meets the rearend. I have been on zpak for a week for and sinus infe tion which is better. Took my last z pak today before I went to urgent care to have them look at my leg. They diagnosed the thing on my leg as an abscess. The cut and drained and packed it. Prescribed me Bactrim which I immediately filled. The pharmacy of course filled it with generic. Took it three hours ago and I am itching and sick at my stomach. Is there another antibiotic I can take like Ceftin that doesn t give these side effe ts.
Quite a few. Most are going to not be able to treat staph--the most common germ associated with skin infections. CLindamycin is quite effective and unrelated to bactrim.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
