Is There Any Antibiotics For Cough?

now my 10 month old baby has productive cough for 1 day. he had a history of fever 1 week back and at that time treated with azithral syrup for 3 days and a combination syrup of paracetamol.cpm and phenylephrine. is their any need to take antibiotics for the present cough?

Thanks for ypur query.
No need to stat antibiotic as respiatory infections are mostly viral in nature .
Give hot fluids.
Give steam inhalation.
In case symptoms get him evaluated by pediatrician for further management.
