Hi

Cereals such as oatmeal or dishes with whole wheat flour or bread are perfect for breakfast. These cereals are safe to be used in diabetic patients and do not spike the sugar levels suddenly.

Amway or other company nutritional powders can only be used as supplements and should not be used to replace the whole meal.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
