Hello, Welcome to healthcare magic, Yes, you are at risk of contracting sexually transmitted diseases because the exposure was unprotected. If her HIV status is unknown you may take post exposure prophylaxis for HIV by consulting an HIV specialist. This has to be initiated within 72 hours of exposure. There are no guidelines for post exposure prophylaxis of bacterial STI, but there is no harm in trying Tablet Azithromycin 500 mg once a day for three days. Get this prescribed by your physician. Do a baseline HIV Elisa test. We cannot prevent other viral STI's like molluscum or genital warts by prophylaxis. Watch out for burning sensation while passing urine, urethral discharge, swelling of inguinal lymph nodes, ulcers over penis, growths on the penis. If you notice any of these approach a venerologist. Hope this helped, Take care.
