me and my boyfriend had sex and he complains that it hurts when he pees, hes my first, but hes had sex with his ex... he went to the doctor and the said he has a sexual infection, and that he came in contact with another mans fluid..what could have happened?

Most likely he has came in contract with an STI(sexual transmitted infection) you should go to your clinic and get tested!
