Is There Any Chance Of Pregnancy After Bilateral Salpingectomy? I

Is there any chance of pregnancy after bilateral salpingectomy? I had this procedure about 9 months ago. My periods have been very regular since. This month however I have missed my period and have typical symptoms of my previous pregnancies. I had a tiny bit of spotting that was brown in color and now I have some minor cramping and egg white cervical mucus. My breasts are also swollen and very achy. What else could this be if not pregnancy?
