Is There Any Chances Of Heart Attack As I Have Left Arm Pain?

Hi, I am 38 yr old s/w professional and i have mild sometime heavy left arm pain. in the left arm i often pain in elbow or near shoulder not in wrist. i have gone thru TMT, Echo both are normal. Blood test shows HDL 55, LDL 162. Total cholestral is 236. There is no history of heart problem in my family. Do i have a problme of getting heart attack. Please help.

Hi,

You should not worry. Your complains are not connected with heart condition.
You can check your vertebra or joints to clarify from where your pain is coming.
Anyway for preventing further heart problems after some years I would advise you to follow healthy lifestyle: to lose weight if you are overweight, to exercise much, have healthy diet, do not smoke and do not drink much alcohol.
