Is There Any Connection Between Node On Lung, Tender Breast, Herniated Disk In L4/5?

I'm wondering if there is a correlation between the node on my lung and the breast tenderness and swelling I am feeling. I went in for pain in my right arm and back. They did a series of tests and found a herniated disk in L4/5 and then later called and said I had a node on my lung. I don't have health insurance and I'm wondering what to do next

The breast tenderness and the node can be connected however a L4 and L5 herniation has no connection with your arm pain nor the node.
The breast tenderness can be because of various reasons from normal growth spurt during pregnancy to some infection or malignancy.
