Hi
From the test reports, Your wife appears to be having anemia for which she can consult a physician for hematinics to improve the Hemoglobin. Injectables would be advisable at this point of time as her Hb is quite low. Regarding the gynaec complaints she need to consult a gynaecologist for evaluation of itching. You can ask for a Pap smear, which would diagnose any infection which could probably cause the itching. Most likely cause of this is vaginal candidiasis or trichomoniasis. Do get a gynaec opinion once. Regarding the IgM, it probably indicates exposure to Tuberculosis, Go for a PCR analysis to detect any mycobacterial infection or anemia ESR rise usually occurs due to infection. In her case its raise could be attributed to anemia. Regarding going for another kid, since your first child is a only a year old, and your wife Has just come out of a miscarriage take a gap of a year at least before you plan For another kid.
Hope I have answered your query.
Regards
