Hi,
Chronic kidney disease can present with uremic pruritis in 50% of the cases. They present with severe itching in the back, limbs, and chest. Duration and intensity is variable, but most of the cases, intensity is more at night.
All your values are consistent with Chronic kidney disease Stage 2.
Treatment for itching/pruritis includes both topical and systemic therapy.
Topical therapy includes - skin emollients (containing primrose oil) and capsacin creams
Systemic therapy include - UV therapy, anti-histaminics or drugs like gabapentine or immunomodulators.
Discuss with your doctor for prescription as some systemic drugs can cross-react and have adverse effect with any current medication, you might be taking.
Any further queries, happy to help again.
