Is There Any Doctor Available To Analyse This Report?
What could be going on if I have high levels of RDW, MCHC, HCT, HGB, and RBC but I have low levels of B/C ratio, Osmolality ( ratio), and Albumin? Also, I am on 5 mg of warfarin and I was tested this morning for protime and it showed that I wasn t taking it. What would make that drastically drop?
Hi I did review your concern, High levels of RBC and hemoglobin are good for health unless they are very high (like hb above 18 gm/dl) when you start thinking in terms of polycythemia. Low albumin with low B/C ratio indicates some pathology of kidney might be present especially if B and Creatinine are high. Your protime can be affected by you serum albumin levels since they are low and most of warfarin is attached to albumin so it may affect your protime levels. I hope this helps Wish you healthy life ahead.
