Good day doc. I would like to ask does the ff. Result possible? All liver test normal except alp-high. Hbsag-nonreactvie anti-hbs-reactive hbeag-nonreactive antihbe-reactve anti-hbc igm-nonreactive anti-hbc -reactive anti hav igm- nonreactive anti hav igg-reactive anti-hcv- nonreactive?
Hi, Looking at your laboratory results, I can think of only one possible diagnosis. VACCINATIONS. You must have been vaccinated for all except hepatitis c. Hepatitis c could be sub clinical infection probably earlier and now might have developed into chronic hepatitis. All of them indicate previous vaccination with chronic hepatitis C. Liver enzyme ALP specifically signifies biliary damage. Future risk of cirrhosis and carcinoma is present. Routine liver ultrasound necessary, every six months.
