Is There Any Doctor Available To Analyse This Report?

As per my USG report Both kidneys show normal shapes, sizes, cortical echotextures and thicknesses with maintained cortico-medullary differentiations. Right kidney shows focal medullary calcification. Left kidney shows 8mm. calculus. Now I got pain on the left back side.

Hello and welcome to HCM,
The ultrasound report of the kidney region shows:
The size, shape and texture of both kidneys are normal.
There is presence of a single calculus or stone measuring 8 mm in the left kidney.
This stone is responsible for the pain experienced on left back.
A 8mm stone has to be removed. The method of removal depends on the site of the stone in the kidney whether in the pelvis, kidney parenchyma or in the pelvic-ureteric junction.
The calcifications in the right medulla can be due to nephrocalcinosis.
You need to get renal function tests also.

Thanks and take care
