Is There Any Doctor Available To Analyse This Report?

I am Ali..male age 28 ... non smoker, non alcoholic..gone through routine blood tests..Hep B & C normal, all other tests r normal except my SGPT level is 76.. what do this level indicate ? is there any prob with my liver ? I do not have any signs and symptoms. please advice me. thank you very much for your time

Thanks for writing to HCM

Increased SGPT is due to liver injury.
If other parameters are normal then it is important to know history of any drug intake for prolong period.
You can take tablet Ursodeoxycholic acid 300 mg twice daily for three months.It will help in regeneration of liver cells.
You need investigations like routine hemogram,RBS(Random blood sugar),Lipid profile,Renal function test,Ultrasound of abdomen.Further investigations can be done if needed.
