Is There Any Doctor Available To Analyse This Report?
i just had an ultrasound and here goes the findings, the uterus is anteverted, the parenchyma shows homogenous pattern. No focal lesions nor discrete mass noted. There are multiple minute anechoic cysts on both ovaries and no free fluid in the posterior cul-de-sac.What does it mean?
Multiple minute anechoic cysts in both ovaries may be due to physiological follicles or PCOD(Polycystic ovarian disease). You need further evaluation by trans vaginal sonography to see ovarian stromal echogenesity and their appearance. It should be correlated clinically and by hormone assay to confirm PCOD. Uterus appears normal. There is no free fluid in POD.
