Recently, I do abdominal ultrasound Here is the report: The uterus is average size with homogenous myomerrial echopattern, no definite focal lesions. The endometrial thickness measures 14 mm. Left ovary = 5.1 x 2.8 cm Right ovary = 3.6 x 2.0 cm Left ovary shows enlarged with multiple small peripherally arranged follicles, Right ovary is normal Please doc can u explain to what does that mean ?!

According to reports you have polycystic ovarian disease(PCOD) like features in left ovary.It is suggested by enlarged left ovary and multiple small peripherally arranged follicles.
PCOD should be confirmed by clinical correlation and biochemical markers like hormonal assay for PCOD.
Uterus and right ovary is normal in size.
Endometrial thickness is also normal.
