The interpretation of your test report is as follows:
The hepatitis virus infection is present and the infectivity is high at this point.
High infectivity is suggested by elevated HBe antigen and negative HBe antibody.
The route of infection cannot be determined by test reports.
However, there are other routes for transmission of
hepatitis B virus other than sexual route.
Intravenous route and perinatal transmission are other routes of transmission.
Perinatal transmission is the most common route of transmission in endemic areas.
Since, you are infective foe hepatitis B virus, do not donate blood and avoid sexual contact till the high infectivity state passes off i.e. when the HBe antigen is undetectable and anti HBe antibody IgM is detected..
