Is There Any Doctor Available To Interpret This Report?

I am feeling very weak and fatigued with pain radiating from my right ribs to the back and right shoulder - the pain is not excrutiating but constant niggling. I had blood test which were normal. A CTscan showed gallbladder wall thickening with adenomyomatosis and a 14mmx16mmx12mm polyp in the medial fundal region with smaller polyps around. Should it be removed? I could cope if I did not have this weakness and fatigue.

Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

Yes,It is safe to remove your Gall bladder(Cholecystectomy).
Adenomyomatosis of the gallbladder are usually clinically silent and incidental findings at the time of cholecystectomy but adenomyomatosis may cause higher risk of gallbladder malignancy.
Cholecystectomy is advocated for gall bladder polyps greater than 10 mm in size because of increased risk of adenomatous or carcinomatous features so it should be removed.
Hope i have answered your query.
Get well soon.
