Since you are suffering from ischemic stroke, there is a region in every ischemic area known as penumbra. It is potential region for regeration. If treatment recieved in time there is complete regeration of neurone in ischemic area is possible so complete recover is possible. But since you are have occluded vessels you should continue your blood thinner medication life long.
