Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
Premature graying hair could also be linked to some autoimmune and genetic conditions.
A lack of the copper mineral in your body can lead to loss of hair color and premature gray hair because copper is directly related to the hair follicles' ability to continue producing color. Increase your copper intake through diet – avocados, lentils, almonds, mushrooms, garlic, and soy products – or supplementation.
Beef up the protein. Be sure to eat protein-rich foods such as lean meat, soy, whole grains, eggs, and cereals.
Boil a few amla (Indian gooseberry) pieces in coconut oil till they turn black. Apply this mixture on your hair to cure premature graying of hair naturally at home.
Grate the ginger, and mix it with a spoon of honey to eat this mixture everyday to treat premature graying of hair naturally.
Be strong as iron. Each day, eat foods rich in iron, minerals, and
vitamins A and B, such as green leafy vegetables, bananas, tomatoes,
liver, yogurt,
kidney beans, dried apricots, oysters, eggs, and sunflower seeds.
Take a pinch of salt.
Iodine, most commonly found in table salt, is essential for the production of
melanin.
Make a paste of henna powder, yogurt, and fenugreek seeds (also known as methi seeds). Or use methi seed powder, coffee, basil juice, and mint juice. Apply to hair, let sit for three hours, then shampoo hair.
