Is There Any Issue With CMV Ig-278LU/ml And Rubella IgG-70.9?

Good morning doctor
My wife had an abortion since the baby anomality noted after 16 weeks.

She had a thyroid surgery and taking 100mg thyronorm tablet is taking.

after all the surgery and 6 months gap,she is pregnant again and now while blood test it show the following values.

CMV Ig G- 278IU/mL
CMV IgM- 0.20COI
Rubella IgG- 70.9
VDRL((RPR)- Non reacive

Please help me with answer whether any issue due to this,thanks!

Hello!
Thanks for your query.
You dont need to worry because these values havent negative effect in her pregnancy.
She only have passed CMV infection and Rubella infection.
IgM values are important to see if the infection is present.
She should take folic acid for her pregnancy.
Take care of her.
