General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello there,
Thanks for the query.
Your wife's blood reports appears to be normal.
Serum rubella IgG is elevated in cases of old rubella infection or if she was vaccinated with rubella vaccine previously. It shows that she has enough levels of rubella antibodies to protect her from rubella infection.

PT/INR and APTT are within normal range.

Hope I have answered your question. I will be happy to answer any further queries you might have.
Have a nice day.
Regards,
Dr.Divya Kuttikrishnan

OBGYN Dr. Dr. Rakhi Tayal's  Response
Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
A positive rubella IgG is suggestive of immu nity status of her body. She must have suffered from this infection earlier. It is IgM which is mor eimportant and clinically relevant.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
