Is There Any Side Effects For Use Of Dilzem?
My wife has been prescribed Dilzem SR 90, asthalin/ beaudicort repsules inhalation, traika 0.25 mg to control wheezing and breathing problems. Is use of Dilzem on a prolonged basis having any other side effect? Should it be discontinued? Also advise about usage of traika on a prolonged basis.

Dilzem Sr 90 is known as calcium channel blocker which is used to treat heart related chest pain or angina, high blood pressure and arrhythmia or irregular heartbeats by preventing the narrowing of blood vessels in the heart and thus helps to reduce the workload of the heart. Major and minor side effects of dilzem Sr 90 are cough, bodyache, headache, chest pain, fever, diarrhea, sour stomach, constipation, sneezing, muscle pain, rash, swelling of hands, feet or lower legs, dizziness, fatigue, flushing, shortness of breath, unusual heart rhythm, nausea, vomiting, blurred vision etc.
