Hi,
Recofast syrup contains both
phenylephrine and triprolidine which is used to treat symptoms of the common cold. It helps in relieving the common cold symptoms like fever, runny and stuffy nose, watery eyes and sneezing. Side effects of Recofast are nausea, vomiting, headache, sleepiness, dizziness, drowsiness, heartburn, dry mouth,
blurred vision, loss of appetite, fatigue,
dehydration, weakness, agitation, confusion, irritability, irregular heartbeat,
restlessness, tremor, anxiety etc. Recofast is a safe and effective medication for children if it is taken according to your doctor's advice. If these side effects persist for long or bother you, then you should consult your doctor for medical attention. Again, Robitussin contains
guaifenesin which is also used as Recofast but their ingredients are differents.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
