Is There Any Treatment Other Than Surgery For Chocolate Cyst In Ovaries ?

Hi doctor , I am 37 years old, chochlate cyst detected in both the overies,how to go for the treatment without surgery as already had a operation for the same disease in 2004,suffering from lower abdominal pain & left thigh,leg pain .

Removal of the chocolate cyst is the best possible treatment.Because if the chocolate cyst ruptures,the material spills over in to pelvis and can cause complications.
