i am female aged 43.. my cbc reported following impression RBCs:Mild anisopoikilocytosis. Predominantly normocytic normochromic with microcytes & ovalocytes. ... what does it indicates. what illness am i having... is it serious, what is the remedy ? please advise

Dear madam i understand your concerns.The cbc report is telling that you may be suffering with some iron deficiency.There is noting to feel bad about that kindly take good amount of green leafy vegetables and ragi in your diet.kindly let me know your hemoglobin level so i can advise you better,,,regards
