Hi,

Since you are developing a sudden depression of the skin at places, I am afraid that this can be a sign of a skin condition called morphea.
It is a condition in which there can be appearance of tight indurated and depressed areas in the skin which can be discolored as compared to the surrounding skin.
This surely needs an evaluation by dermatologist.
I would advise you to see a nearby doctor and get the same assessed .
Sometimes a skin biopsy is also required in such cases.

Hope it helps
