Hello Doctor, Iam 26yrs old. married. but not having baby. i have found tat iam having bilateral polycyctic ovaries. my ultrasound report is given as both ovaries have multiple tiny anechonic cysts arranged paripherally with an echogenic central stroma. what does this mean? is this any serious problem? how to cure? when i can have baby? please explain.
