Is Ultrasound Report Of Both Ovaries Having Multiple Tiny Anechonic Cysts With Echogenic Central Stroma Concerning?

Hello Doctor,
Iam 26yrs old. married. but not having baby. i have found tat iam having bilateral polycyctic ovaries. my ultrasound report is given as both ovaries have multiple tiny anechonic cysts arranged paripherally with an echogenic central stroma. what does this mean? is this any serious problem? how to cure? when i can have baby? please explain.

Your ovaries appear to be of polycystic disease type. There is nothing else of concern in this report. Surely, with help of appropriate expert advice you may have a baby in future.
