Is Unresponsiveness Due To Shingles Or Chronic Leukemia?
My 85 year old mother in law was discovered in bed unresponsive. She was brought to the hospital and diagnosed with a UTI and shingles. The next day, they said that they believed that she did not have shingles but had chronic leukemia. Does this make sense?
Hi, dear I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. She is unresponsive and she has urinary tract infection. Urinary tract infection can occur in patients with chronic leukemia due to low immunity. So she should take treatment of her urinary tract infection.
Drugs like levofloxacin or norfloxacin can be helpful. It is prescription based medicine so consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.
