Is Upper Abdominal Pain Due To Irritable Bowel Syndrome?

Upper abdominal pain..I have been diagnosed with IBSD and have a single substantial gallstone . I sit with a heating pad on tummy most of the time, work and home. I have some testing to do and need to stablize my high blood pressure before they will remove gallbladder.. When pain gets more severe, it hurts all the way to my back, bilateral mid back. I am wondering if the pain can be due to #1. Gallbladder. #2. IBSD. Or possibly Lactose intolerance could cause issues.. I have refrained from dairy for a few days...sometimes it helps, sometimes not... I have been taking Viberzi, dycyclomine and an anti nausea RX. Mainly wondering if single stone could cause all the symptoms or could it be combination of all above. I will have Sx ASAP

As per my clinical experience, it is underlying gall bladder calculus with gastritis or duodenitis responsible for the agony of symptoms.
