hi doctor,my period was late this month about a week late so I did a pregnancy test on the 20th of June.the usual mensus time is around 7th or 8th.... the test was positive however I started feeling cramps and there was little bleeding soon after. The bleeding progressed over the next few days with large clots. I was travelling and only able to seek medical attention on the 26th. I did an Ultrasound and the doctor said there is nothing no signs of a baby. and the B-HCG was 27.88mIU/ml,PROG 0.50ng/mL. I wasn t given any medication or medical advice and due to the language barrier I didn t even know how to ask ...... My question is was it a miscarriage that I experienced and how long should I avoid sex with husband. We want to conceive also so how long should we wait before it is ok to try.
