Is Vaginal Delivery Possible With Endometreosis & Uterine Septum?

Three years ago I miscarried and found out that I had endometreosis as well as a uterine septum. I had surgery to remove both. I am now 10 weeks pregnant and am worried about the risks of miscarriage. I had a ultrasound at 8 1/2 weeks that was positive and we were able to see the heartbeat but I am having some brownish discharge. I also want to now if I will be able to have a vaginal delievery or a c-section?

Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. If you had your uterine septum removed, then you can have a vaginal delivery.
Moreover, Spotting in early pregnancy can be due to:
1. Threatened or missed abortion
2. Ectopic pregnancy
3. Bleeding around the foetus( subchorionic haemorrhage).
I would suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist to get properly examined, investigated with ultrasound and get appropriate treatment.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
