Is Vimpat And Keppbra Appropriate Medication For Hypo Glycaemia?

My son take Vimpat and Keppbra. He has been tested over and over again for seizures but it is not seizures, they think it may be hypo glycaemia but they keep increasing these two drugs. As far a diagnoses he has episodes. This does not make sense to me.
