Is Vomiting After An OPV A Cause For Concern?

My daughter is aged 1 hand half year today and given vaccination . She has vomited the oral polio vaccination immediately and the nurses given 3 drops of vacci instead of 2 after half an hour. we are worried about that if may cause any problem as she took the overdoes.

Do not worry
There is no overdose.
It is recommended that if child is vomited after the polio vaccine,
Another dose should be given.
Otherwise no dose should be counted and re vaccination should be done in next round
