Is Vomiting Followed By Vaginal Bleeding Post Intake Of Misoprostol Normal?

Hi. I took 4 tablets of misoprostol 200mcg today after taking mifepristone 48 hours ago.
But i vomited within 30 minutes after orally taking the misoprostol tablets. However i started to bleed substantially with some large clots too after an hour.
The bleeding now though is not heavy and is like my regular periods with smaller clots.
What shall i do? Are there any complications?

Hello dear
I understand your concern
You had vomiting within 30 minutes of taking misoprostol.
It is side effect of the misoprostol.
But you had bleeding suggests abortion process has been started.
I would suggest to consult gynecologist and undergo clinical examination.
If needed take extra dose of misoprostol.
Dose should be decide by gynecologist after clinical examination.
Take rest, eat healthy diet with iron supplements, maintain proper pelvic hygiene, drink plenty of water.
Undergo USG scan at 14th day to confirm complete process of abortion.
