Is Vomiting With Diarrhea,nausea And Stomach Cramps Symptoms Of Food Poisoning?
I think I have food poisoning as I was up all night vomiting with diarrhea and nausea and severe stomach cramps. This afternoon the pain and vomiting and nausea subsided but I still have diarrhea that is watery. I was able to drink a gaterade and eat soup a few minutes ago but now I'm having heart palpitations. It feels like it beats hard randomly and settles back down. This didn't happen until I ate. What should I do?

- food poisoning
- viral gastroenteritis
I would suggest to take hydramin, tasectan , plenty of water.
If you are dehydrated please go to Er for IV fluids.
