Is Weaning Off Prempro Safe At 66 After Persistent Usage?

I am 66 yr old, prescribed Prempro by my doctor when I was 40 yrs. old as i went into early onset menopause. The Prempro kept the night/day sweats at bay. Now my new doctor will not prescribe as she says it is bad for my heart. What is your take on this. thank you
