Is Weight Lifting Recommended After Being Diagnosed With Aortic Aneurysm?

I'm a 48 yr old male in good condition, I was told by my cardiologist that i have a aortic aneurysm at 3.7 cm, i also have aortic stenosis that my doctor believes i will need a replacement down the road. I do have high blood pressure put I'm on medication. He also prescribed a satin and cholesterol meds. My question is i have lifted weights my whole life and i was wondering if i can continue to lift light weights or is it something i should completely stop? Thank you so much... Michael
