Is Weird Feeling In Heart Normal After Aortic Valve Replacement Surgery?

I am nearly 43, a female, and had aortic valve replacement surgery nearly a year ago. Lately (and currently) I've been having a "jittery" feeling heart rate, like I've had too much caffeine, but I seldom drink caffeine now. Also, I occasionally have a feeling like a "bubble" in my chest. Should I be concerned?

this feeling can be normal but you should surely get one echo done just to the condition of the valve. or at least get yourself auscultated to look for abnormality.
Is your hemoglobin normal or do u smoke, which may lead to same feeling.
