Is White Vaginal Discharge And Irritation A Symptom Of Yeast Infection?

I have white vaginal discharge and I think it s a yeast infection, I ve been getting them often recently. But this time my vagina is irritating me more and I have little white pimple or raised skin inside my vagina that I can see with a mirror. Is that a normal yeast infection symptom, or something else? Down there doesn t hurt too much, only when I wipe or something, its just usually itchy, uncomfortable and irritating, if that helps.

Hello,

* The symptoms are mostly in concern with fungal infection as candida or else.

My guidelines at present

- drink more liquids

- vaginal hygiene with antiseptic liquid

- avoid prolong use of same tampon

- wear loose, clean, cotton inner wears

- avoid tight jeans

- avoid sexual intercourse if active

- douching with lukewarm water added Epsom salt 2-3 times a day

- prescription of antifungal as fluconazole and supportive care with antihistamine as Cetirizine or others to help resolve the issue.
