It Is Difficult To Explain And I Have Seen Few

It is difficult to explain and I have seen few doctors in India, Switzerland and in US but somehow no one was able to help me completely.
It is problem with my stomach and I am facing this for so many years that I could not count. Let's say 15 years or so. I am 30 year old male born and raised in India and now living in US.
Symptoms:
- most of symptoms points to IBS but the symptoms had changed as time passed.
- discomfort, tenderness and little pain two inches right to my belly button. If I hold that section of stomach between my thumb and fingers and pinch/press it, the pain increases.
- if I move my right leg back and which would stretch my stomach, there is a slight pain/tenderness in the same area.
- Some nights frequent urination. the amount of urine is not a lot and tenderness at the same region of stomach.
- restlessness and difficulty in breathing when the above symptoms are there. This could be blood pressure related. (not always related to above points)
- Passing gas is frequent.

Medications I have tried.
- First doctor diagnosed IBS and put me on LIBRAX. worked but when I stopped the symptoms came back. Liba would relax me but also would make me sleepy.
- Combination of Ofloxacin and Ornidazole. It would help prevent gas and urination but the symptoms would come back after I stop having it. And as it is an antibiotic I can’t take it forever.
What I am looking for is the correct diagnosis and natural way of getting rid of these symptoms
