Itching And Swelling Around Vagina And Anus, Spreading Rashes All Over Body. History Of Exposure To Extreme Dirty Water. Help

Hi yesterday I cleaned it an extremely dirt water trough in my horses' field, couldn't wash my hands properly- went to the toilet(not very clean, no hand wash facility )- few hours later started itching and noticed a lot of swelling around my vagina and anus, then broke out in an itchy rash on my face, back, top of my legs and waist. Last night I spent all night being violently sick- rash spreading this morning, eye where a have a big patch not focusing properly. Can you help?

Hello,
You are having itching and swelling around your vagina(vulva) and anus and gradually developed rashes & patches on face ,back and upper part of your legs,it means you might be having INSECT BITE in dirty water or surrounding area where you have gone (dirty toilet), so now you must take anti allergic treatment locally as well as systemic.
You must take anti allergic injection (Chlorpheniramine maleat-avil ) +Dexamethasone immediately and continue with oral Tab.Levocetrizine 5mg , Tab.dexamethasone and local application of antibiotic+antiallergic+corticosteroid cream. Hope you will get relief definately.
