Itching Ear Lobes, White Bumps, Spreading And Oozing. History Of Loss Of Leg Due To MRSA
My ear lobes itch constantly. Sometimes feel like I am tearing them apart. I also have clumps of small white bumps that also itch and when I scratch they open, ooze and spread. They all over my body but I am most worried about the ones on my residual.(I lost my leg due to MRSA but have had negative nose swabs for 3 or more years.
This persistent itching can be related to a fungal infection or dermatitis. Dermatitis can occur due to contact with an agent that irritates the skin.
The constant itching can result in a secondary infection.
It may be best to visit your doctor to determine whether the symptoms are related to an infection or dermatitis.
The treatment for a dermatitis would involve avoiding the irritating agent and the use of steroid creams. A fungal infection would require antifungal treatment.
I hope this helps
