Itching In Inner Thighs, Odor, No Painful Urination. Help

Hi Dr Samuel, I have never had a yeast infection so this is all new to me. Only some of the symptoms I have which are itching, odour only when itching but no pain while urinating. The itching has spread to my inner thighs as well and drives me insane. I think this could have been when I shaved below and ever since then I've had this itching! Please help I've had this on and off for quite sometime now and am embarrassed to visit my local GP!

Itching in the groins is only due to the fungal infection. This is due to excessive sweating.first treat fungal infection by terbinafine tablets anf cream for 14-days.after infection got subsided use clotrimozole dusting powder to prevent recurrences
