Itching In Penis, White Particles Under Foreskin. Infection Or Smegma?
I am 20 years old and i have occasional(nowdays very few) itching in my penis head region. Also,iv found that litttle white particles(more like smegma but im not sure what it is) are there in my penis under my foreskin ...i wash it in the morning and by the end of the day it s again there?...i wonder if it s due to any infection or is it just smegma?....please help me soon!!!
I went through your description. I suggest you not to worry much. The whitish substance you are talking about could possibly be a mixture of semen particles, dust, urine leftover and some microorganism. Such a mixture present in underneath the foreskin and round penis head is very normal and of course, it causes itching. Washing the area occasionally should help. There is nothing to worry about.
Hope this answers your query. Available for further clarifications. Good luck.
