Hi,
You require some oral antibiotic for proper healing as now there is infection took place.
Consult your doctor and get examined.
Go for proper dressing by your doctor only with proper cleaning the area and applying bandage.
If dressing not done properly, there might be chances of having over healing leading to scar formation.
Ok and take care.
